Ea Sar Black Peppercorns come from a small organic farm in Vietnam, where it is grown by two friends, Dung and Thanh, using regenerative integrated agricultural techniques. They grown two heirloom pepper varieties, Vinh Linh and Trau Xanh, and mix the sun-dried peppercorns to achieve a perfect balance of fragrance and flavor.
